A Horse Deconstructed

As you might have noticed in a previous post, I really like to make Inkscape Portraits with horses. This time around, I wanted to experiment more with them to make them take on a more abstract appearance.

I created this piece yesterday and really love the way it came out; the horse reminds me of some type of liquid skeleton coming together. It flows and creates movement forward, which is something I always associate with horses; movement and freedom.

I'm so pleased with the way this one turned out, I think I'd like to go back to the previous horses that I created and rework them. Looks like I found a whole new fixation!
